SHIPPING

 

1. DELIVERY COST

Costs vary based on the shipping location. To work out your shipping cost online simply add the items you wish to order to your cart, fill out your shipping address, then see your total and delivery cost at checkout.

Free shipping option will be available to online orders that exceed $40 inclusive of GST, for New Zealand orders only.

Free shipping option will be available to online orders that exceed $100 inclusive of GST, for Australian orders only.


2. DELIVERY TIMES

Most in stock orders for standard delivery placed before 1:00 pm will be shipped on the same day. All orders within New Zealand are an overnight delivery service, this time-frame is not guaranteed by The Skin Kitchen. For rural deliveries add an extra 2 days.

All orders for Australia are a 2-6 working day delivery service, this time-frame is not guaranteed by The Skin Kitchen. For rural deliveries add an extra 2 days.

You will be notified of shipping via a confirmation email.


3. TRACKING

Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you with your shipping confirmation and is also available under My Orders in My Account.

 

4. RETURNS

If you're not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the item(s) for an exchange or credit;

All returns must be made within 10 working days of the purchase date with a copy of the original invoice, otherwise your order will be sent back at the customer's expense. Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.
 
In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please include your name, email address and invoice number. Please indicate what you are returning, the reason why and whether you require an exchange or credit.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange or credit.
